Helen Simmons

Our beautiful sister Helen was taken away from us in 2004 she was only 43, this horrid disease, it is not biased and takes so many gorgeous people. Helen already had bowel cancer for at least a year before it was detected, she experienced common symptons. I would encourage anyone over the age of 40 to have a scan. Only if she went the Dr earlier, she would be with us here today. We would be laughing and living together, but we only have sweet memories. You will always be in our hearts forever, we miss you so much
